What we offer:
PIDEC is a unique education centre because it works with Asian and African students living at Pestalozzi who are able to share first-hand about their home countries and experiences of development. This centre is staffed by teachers and environmentalist and act as an education link between Pestalozzi International Village and the wider community.

PIDEC also provides support to teachers and students on global citizenship, human rights, multicultural issues, anti-racism and sustainable development linked to the National Curriculum and OFSTED requirements. The staff can offer materials, information and advice as well as INSET courses, workshops and activities that can take place at the Village, in schools or other venues.

PIDEC works with the public organising an annual event each June to celebrate cultural diversity. They work closely with various community groups to help develop international understanding and co-operation.
